for the role of

Quantity Takeoff Specialist

to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is performing

quantity takeoffs

on architectural and structural building plans. Candidates with experience in quantity takeoffs and familiarity with software like

PlanSwift

are strongly preferred, but we also value

potential

and offer

training

to help you develop the necessary skills. While quantity takeoffs are the main focus, this role requires

flexibility . You must be open to performing additional tasks, such as

data entry

or other office duties, when needed. Our company succeeds when everyone pulls together and contributes where the team needs it most. We expect work to be completed with

hy. Compensation & Pay Structure Starting Pay : PKR 50,000 – 80,000 per month , depending on experience, skill level, and performance in the hiring process. Who Gets What :

Candidates with proven experience in quantity takeoffs, exceptional computer skills, strong English proficiency, and demonstrated efficiency will qualify for the higher end of the range. However, those new to the role but showing strong potential and willingness to learn will be considered at the starting level. Opportunities for
