Job Description : We are looking for an organized and professional virtual assistant to handle all communications with the company. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. You will be responsible for dealing with both new inquiries and existing clients, as well as working with other members of the team to ensure our clients’ responses are handled actively. Responsibilities : Interacting with prospective clients Answering inbound calls and text messages Respond to and follow up on emails Scheduling Appointments, Meetings and updating all scheduling changes Collecting Information Create presentations, as assigned Work on other ad-hoc requests Ensuring reminders and confirmations are sent. Requirements : Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English Good analytical skills so they can think quick on their feet Must have a positive personality and work well with others.
