About the Role

Were seeking a Creative Producer / Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across the clients social platforms. This is a hands-off creative leadership role ; you'll define the "why" and "what," not the "how" (no writing / designing / editing). You'll orchestrate bold, culturally savvy ideas while leveraging AI tools (like Google Veo3 AI and Kling AI) to innovate video production.

• Get It You live and breathe creative leadership. Youve navigated agencies, managed high-stakes client expectations, and led teams without hand-holding. You know how to align creative vision with business goals and you're fluent in the unspoken rules of U.S.-led digital culture. AI tools? Already in your toolkit.
• Want It You're here to build, not just execute. You want ownership, to shape a brands voice, collaborate directly with a founder, and grow something ambitious. You're not looking for a passive role; you're hungry to lead, innovate, and leave a mark.
