Senior Multimedia Specialist

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Multimedia Specialist to lead the planning, development, and execution of multimedia content for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and content strategy, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and production of high-quality videos, animations, and visual content for marketing, branding, social media, and internal communication. Oversee multimedia projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to create engaging and strategic content. Manage video shoots including script planning, storyboarding, lighting, sound, and post-production editing. Supervise junior multimedia designers and freelancers, providing guidance and quality control. Ensure timely execution of multimedia projects while maintaining high production standards. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design, animation, and digital storytelling. Optimize content for different platforms and formats (web, mobile, social media, etc.). Job Specification :
