We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.
The candidate should be capable of analyzing existing business processes, recommending best practices, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experience in distribution companies, preferably within the pharmaceutical distribution sector, will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and execute the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management).
Analyze and review existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend and implement best practices in supply chain operations aligned with Oracle Fusion capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) to ensure seamless system integration and business alignment.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Monitor system performance and manage updates, patches, and enhancements.
Support ongoing digital transformation and process automation initiatives within the supply chain function.
Requirements
Travel to UAE will be required as needed.
