Oracle Netsuite Specialist

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrate and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform , focusing on user roles, permissions, and system security within the Administration module.
• Design and implement customizations using SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow to enhance system functionality.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows and automation to streamline core business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, reporting).
• Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance in a cloud-based environment .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Sales) to assess needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues related to integrations, custom scripts, or user experience.
• Support data governance, security policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with NetSuite Support and external partners for issue resolution and product enhancements.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support for end-users.
• Liaise with NetSuite support and third-party vendors for issue resolution and system improvements.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Oracle NetSuite Specialist with at least 4 years of experience, including strong expertise in administration module, customization, automation, workflow configuration, and cloud-based ERP environments . The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our NetSuite system to support business operations, scalability, and efficiency.
