Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead with over 7 years of experience in software development and project delivery, with strong expertise in Python, AI / ML, and Generative AI technologies . The Delivery Lead will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage client engagements, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of GenAI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is travel-ready, an excellent communicator, and capable of bridging business needs with technical execution .

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.

Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.

Provide technical leadership in Python-based development and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).

Oversee AI / ML solution architecture, model integration, and deployment pipelines .

Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices in Python, AI frameworks, and delivery management .

Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies.

Be travel-ready for client workshops, project kickoffs, and on-site delivery support.

Contribute to pre-sales activities , proposal preparation, and client presentations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software delivery and technical leadership roles.

Strong expertise in Python programming and AI / ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, APIs) .

Proven experience in managing client relationships, delivery roadmaps, and cross-functional teams .

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and deployment practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills .

Travel-ready for client interactions and on-site engagements.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in MLOps / LLMOps pipelines .

Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, speech) .

Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery role .
