Electrical Site Supervisor (Junior Level)

Overview MERU Studio is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to live full-time on our construction site as an Electrical Site Supervisor and assist in supervising day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience on construction sites, preferably with a background in electrical work. Short courses or certifications in electrical work will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Reside full-time on-site to monitor and support ongoing construction activities.

Assist in site operations, with a focus on electrical components.

Work closely under the guidance of our Senior Civil Engineer.

Ensure basic safety and compliance protocols are followed.

Report progress and issues to senior team members regularly.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in construction (mandatory)

Background in electrical work (mandatory)

Matric or FSC Requirement only.

Short courses in electrical work required.

Willingness to live full-time on-site

Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions

Location Currently, our sites are primarily based in

DHA Phase 5 and DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary : PKR 30,000 / month

Salary review after 3 months with a potential increase
