60K to 90K + Commission

Company Overview Backendz is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our reach across the U.S. market. This role focuses on non-technical business services, such as appointment booking.

As a B2B Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and qualify business leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs and position relevant service offerings.

Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to senior closers or manage smaller deals yourself.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.

Maintain updated records in CRM tools and prepare weekly performance reports.

Help build a strong sales pipeline by nurturing prospects and following up consistently.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (service-based industries preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Confident, energetic, and persuasive on calls.

Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales metrics.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
