Pakistan Largest "Online Shopping Store" looking for a professional "Online Shop Manager" with E Commerce experience for the following product :

Computer & Laptops, Mobiles,Electronics, Clothing & Accessories, Baby & nursery, Toys Games, Sports & leisure, Health & Beauty products, Jewellery & Watches, Home Decor & Garden, etc.

Job Description :

To run an online shop by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operation to boost site traffic and generate sales. The shop manager should work closely with the local suppliers and Development teams to execute e-marketing strategies.

Also add working with the following will be preferred : symbios, tech city, daraz, home shopping etc

Key Responsibilities :

1. Create and implement online shop business plans.

2. Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store.

3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions

4. Communicate, execute, and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members who have been in charge of different e-marketing channels such as social media (facebook / twitter), or search engine optimization

5. Keep close contact with suppliers and maintain adequate store supplies

6. Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, stored ministration duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.

7. Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up

8. Responsible for preparation of work schedules.

9. Analyzes procurement activities and recommends improvement through more efficient procurement methods, quantity discounts, and standardization and value analysis.

10. Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with vendors and fosters relations between suppliers.

11. To assist in the selection of appropriate products, in order to enhance sales.

Job Specification

Skills Required :

The candidate should have the following skills :

1. At least 01 year work experience in similar position.

2. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

3. Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs

4. Candidate must have expertise in SEO, SMO, SEM marketing as well.

5. Demonstrated understanding of online marketing
