across the USA and Canada under active DOT / MC authority. We are seeking an experienced

Freight Broker / Dispatcher

who can secure profitable freight, build shipper relationships, and manage day-to-day logistics operations. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with professionals who understand how to maximize van operations in a competitive market. Position :

Freight Broker / Dispatcher (Remote – Pakistan Based) Responsibilities

Source and book profitable freight for

cargo vans, dry van & reefer

via load boards, brokers, and direct shipper contacts. Negotiate rates to maximize revenue and ensure steady freight opportunities. Maintain strong broker and shipper relationships for long-term business. Ensure compliance with

FMCSA regulations , including knowledge of ELDs, logbooks, and safety requirements. Coordinate pickups / deliveries, track shipments, and provide timely updates. Handle documentation, rate confirmations, and billing coordination. Requirements

Proven experience in

freight brokerage / dispatching

with USA & Canada exposure. Existing

broker / shipper network (book of business)

is highly valued. Proficiency with

load boards (DAT, Truckstop, Loadlink, Selectus, etc.) . Strong understanding of FMCSA compliance and transportation regulations. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Based in

Pakistan , available during US / Canada business hours Pay Structure

Load board loads :

3–5% of gross revenue (performance-based). Direct shipper / book of clients loads :

6–8% of gross revenue. Commission-only model

– no fixed weekly / monthly fees. Seniority level
