The Role
We're looking for an intelligent, smart, and quick-responsive Tele Sales Consultant to engage clients via WhatsApp and phone. This role involves understanding immigration needs, converting inquiries, and requires a cool, calm, patient, and kind demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume WhatsApp Engagement : Maintain an online presence on WhatsApp for 9 to 10 hours daily, proactively interacting with clients with patience.
- Sales & Persuasion : Apply strong sales knowledge to effectively convince people to purchase Stratton Migration's immigration products and services.
- Daily Reporting : Maintain and manage sales reports on a daily basis.
- Client Communication : Engage effectively with clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
