Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and optimize brand presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube with platform‑specific approaches.
- Manage social media teams by providing leadership, direction, and ensuring execution aligns with the brand’s vision.
- Content & Community Management : Lead the content planning and creation process, ensuring a mix of engaging, promotional, and community-driven content.
- Oversee real‑time engagement and community interaction, fostering a strong and loyal digital audience.
- Implement an always‑on approach for daily social media activity, ensuring timely responses and trend participation.
- Ensure high‑quality multimedia execution (videos, graphics, reels, and UGC integration) to enhance brand storytelling.
- Influencer & Partnership Management : Identify, onboard, and manage influencer relationships to amplify brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain strategic collaborations with athletes, sports influencers, and industry personalities.
