Responsibilities Support daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities. Assist in employee relations and act as a communication bridge between staff and management. Handle routine administrative tasks such as office supplies, travel arrangements, facility coordination, and vendor management. Support company events, meetings, and documentation preparation. Provide assistance for expatriate employees on accommodation, visa, and work permit matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of HR and / or administration work experience; background in technology or smart hardware industry preferred. Familiar with HR processes and administrative procedures. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in English as a working language; willing to accept overseas assignment if required.
