Project Manager - IT

Project Manager will manage development team in the full life-cycle of the development process - from analysis, design, development, implementation, modification, documentation, and refinement for software systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for successfully completing projects on-time and on budget and will have the responsibility for taking projects from start to finish and coordinate / lead the technical team to successfully completing these projects. The Project Manager must have a good local network with access to developers, and contacts with local companies for cooperation on large / complex projects when necessary.

Prepare presentations on various topics and forecast costs throughout projects.

Job Specification

• Have solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Processes.
• Have knowledge of developing, implementing and enforcing software development life cycle policies and procedures.
• Have excellent English skills both written and oral.
• Have experience working with international projects.
• Should be able to control, coordinate and track documentation, user manuals, help files, schedules and compilation of Configuration Management Plan and Reports.
• Have good knowledge of CMS systems.
• Have many years of experience working with both Microsoft .NET technologies and Open source Java technologies.
• Have to produce project management deliverables such as project status reports, risk analysis reports, user acceptance test plans, architectural and technical design documents, etc.
• Have the ability to handle and manage multiple projects.
• Have experience in application software testing and QA methods and tools.
• Have at least five years of experience in software development management experience of Web or Desktop Applications.
