TCP is looking for an L&D Content Creator and Facilitator to join the People Operations team. This role will report to the Manager of Employee Engagement and Communications. As the L&D Content Creator and Facilitator, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of engaging learning materials and programs that support the organization’s talent development strategy. This role requires a blend of creativity, pedagogical knowledge, and facilitation skills to create content that resonates with employees and enhances their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a wide range of learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructional videos, training manuals, and interactive workshops.

Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Utilize adult learning principles to create content that is both engaging and effective.

Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels within the organization.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and programs, making improvements as necessary.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in L&D to ensure the organization’s learning materials are cutting-edge.

Manage the L&D content library, ensuring materials are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Support the L&D team with administrative tasks related to program delivery and tracking.

Create reporting for annual audits.

Support the company at-large in addition to additional support for departments as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Proven experience in creating and facilitating training content.

Strong understanding of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
