Responsibilities
Enhance VIP user satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. Exhibit strong execution skills to achieve measurable targets in user activity, retention, and revenue growth. Extract key insights from data to identify and address user recharge obstacles, adjusting tactics swiftly. Organize a minimum of three innovative and engaging online events each quarter aimed at increasing VIP participation. User Needs & Service Management : Provide effective customer service solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among VIP users. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, proficiency in English. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.), with the ability to develop data-driven operational strategies. High execution capability and accountability, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, particularly in managing low user engagement. Extensive experience in user operations and customer service, especially in handling high-value VIP user needs. Can accept rotational shift. About BIGO
