This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in commercial and industrial solar energy sales, particularly within the corporate sector. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve objectives. Generate leads and cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the corporate and industrial sectors. Monitor and report on sales KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Job Specification :

Qualifications and Skills : Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar energy sales, with a focus on commercial and industrial markets. Proven expertise in dealing with corporate clients and achieving substantial business growth. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in lead generation and sales pipeline management. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
