Health Educators

The Health Educator will play a key role in engaging patients and promoting healthcare awareness at hospitals and clinics. This role is designed to empower communities through effective health education, patient interaction, and digital engagement. Responsibilities

Patient Engagement :

Proactively approach eligible patients and deliver a clear, standardized, and non-promotional awareness message about the target disease. Digital Facilitation :

Encourage and assist patients in interacting with digital awareness screens, ensuring smooth and meaningful engagement. Data Collection :

Accurately complete pre- and post-engagement surveys for each patient interaction, capturing key insights and feedback. Awareness Material Distribution :

Provide patients with approved educational materials to reinforce health messages and enhance disease awareness. Healthcare Advocacy :

Reinforce the call-to-action (CTA) by motivating patients to discuss potential risks or concerns with their healthcare provider (HCP). Query Management :

Respond to patient questions within the defined scope of work. Promptly escalate out-of-scope queries, as well as any adverse events (AE) or health safety issues (HSI), in line with organizational policies and compliance procedures. Compliance & Ethics :

Strictly follow scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications & Experience

Pharm-D / MBBS / BDS / DPT / Nutrition / Nursing or equivalent Fresh graduates or minimum 1+ year of experience in patient interaction, public health outreach, NGO health programs and / or Pharma field activities Skills Required

Proficient in English and Urdu Strong interpersonal and communication skills High ethical standards Presentable and confident Tech-savvy Location :

Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad Note :
