Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Proactively source potential candidates through various online channels, including professional networks, social media, and job boards. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow. Develop and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants. Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Assist in building and promoting the Qureos employer brand to attract top-tier talent. Qualifications

Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role in the Gulf and MENA region. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
