We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a key role in generating interest in Liveforce and setting up our sales team for success. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in sales at a tech-forward company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial outreach to understand the prospect’s needs, qualify leads, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Set up meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and activities in the CRM.
• Build rapport with prospects and educate them on the benefits of Liveforce to keep them engaged.
• Meet and exceed weekly / monthly targets for outreach and qualified meetings, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Gather insights from interactions to inform marketing and sales strategies and identify trends in customer needs.
