About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist / Engineer to support our data infrastructure and analytics for our conversational AI platform. You’ll help build and maintain our data pipelines and analysis systems.

Key Responsibilities

Implement data collection and processing pipelines
Assist in training data preparation
Help develop evaluation metrics
Support A / B testing implementation
Build and maintain analytics dashboards
Implement data validation processes
Work with ML engineers on data pipeline optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

2-4 years of experience in data engineering or analytics

Solid programming skills in Python and SQL

Experience with data processing pipelines

Knowledge of statistical analysis

Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards

Experience with database systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with text data processing

Basic knowledge of NLP concepts

Familiarity with cloud platforms

Experience with real-time data processing

Knowledge of data privacy practices

Technical Skills

Version Control : Git

Basic cloud platform knowledge

Docker

Basic CI / CD concepts

Monitoring tools

Soft Skills

Good communication skills

Problem-solving ability
