From Local SEO to Paid Media and Website Management, this agency handles everything for a growing portfolio of businesses. The client also has several other smaller businesses and is looking to build a small in-house agency to service those businesses\' marketing needs. About the role

We are looking for an exceptional WordPress Developer responsible for the coding, building, and deploying of WordPress websites. It would be best if you were passionate about WordPress and deeply understand how to develop user-friendly websites that can be easily maintained and perform well on all screen sizes and follow all best practices for performance. We believe the right candidate is responsible, caring, pragmatic, and communicative. The right candidate has a “happy to help“ attitude and can work in a cross-disciplinary team, even if you do not physically meet. You should be confident enough to admit mistakes and lack of skills as opportunities to learn and improve yourself. What you’ll be doing

Deep knowledge of WordPress Core, Divi Builder, Elementor Builder, and a variety of plugins Building websites from template themes Developing simple brochure websites to advanced lead generation websites Developing with responsive best practices for consistent experience on all screen sizes Performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and security updates and backups Securing and protecting sites from hackers and malware, and eliminating risks Actively contribute to projects from start to finish so the final product is complete and well tested within deadlines Performing edits or ad-hoc requests from clients with urgency Monitor and evaluate website performance using GA4 Who we are looking for

2+ years of proven experience in developing and maintaining WordPress websites Experience with Divi & Elementor Builder, Divi & Elementor Themer, and popular Divi & Elementor Builder plugins Experience with optimization of WordPress websites for Google PageSpeed Insights Experience with hosting and deployment of WordPress websites Experience with Infusionsoft / Keap forms and building advanced forms with conditional logic Highly organized and detail-oriented, but able to focus on priorities Extremely flexible and adaptable Strong interest in technology; proactive in learning and applying new knowledge Ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball Notice errors or issues and take action or communicate with the team 2+ years’ experience with LeadPages Knowledge of split testing and data interpretation with results deliverables 3+ years’ proven experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Knowledge and understanding of Google’s guidelines Position details

Position : WordPress Developer Remote Status : Fully Remote Preferred Location : Pakistan Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST Holidays : 20 PTO days per year (can be used for US or local holidays, accumulating over the year) Additional information
