Job Responsibilities :

• Strategize to create lead generation campaigns for products.
• Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products & services, and new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Conduct market research to find answers about customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct & organize product training for the Sales & Services team.
• Liaise and coordinate training activities with Principal.
• Understand and effectively present and deliver presentations on the products, features, and benefits to new and prospective clients as well as internal clients to promote sales and product development.
• Monitor competitors to focus on their products’ unique selling points.
• Effectively collect product feature requests into user story formats.
• Maintain complete documentation of Molecular product-related activities.
• Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop tools that facilitate the selling process.
