Overview

We’re Hiring : Business Development Manager – Medical Billing Services

At Global Medical Resources, we help healthcare providers thrive by improving revenue cycle efficiency. We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can bring passion, strategy, and results to our growing team.

What You’ll Do

Build and nurture strong client relationships with healthcare providers across the U.S.
Identify new business opportunities in the medical billing and revenue cycle management space through research, networking, and outreach.
Understand client pain points and position our services as solutions that improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Develop tailored strategies to expand market presence and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you know how to earn trust and close deals.

Proven experience in lead generation, market research, and healthcare business development.

Analytical mindset with the ability to design strategies that drive measurable growth.

Demonstrated success in sales, client retention, or account management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Prior experience in the medical billing / healthcare services industry is a strong advantage.
