Job descriptionManage product listings on our e-commerce platform, including uploading product information, images, and pricing details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion by implementing relevant keywords, product descriptions, and images to improve discoverability and drive sales. Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the overall shopping experience. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product updates, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet customer demand and maintain a seamless shopping experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to support promotional campaigns, resolve customer inquiries, and address operational issues effectively.
Job Specification
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with a strong understanding of product listing optimization, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace systems, such as Noon, Daraz, Amazon, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting purposes.
