We are seeking Night Healthcare Outbound Call Specialists to join our dynamic team in Lahore. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers for follow-ups and information gathering. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to promote our services. Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our database. Collaborate with team members to achieve targeted call metrics. Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally. Job Specification

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using computers and software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of healthcare terminology is a plus. Job Location : Remote Timing : 6pm - 3AM
