We're expanding our remote team and looking for a reliable IT Support Engineer based in Pakistan who can work night shifts to align with Canadian business hours. Responsibilities
Respond to customer support tickets via our AI-enhanced system Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and common SaaS tools Install / configure software and provide remote desktop assistance Perform basic cloud environment maintenance (e.g., Azure, Google Workspace) Communicate clearly with clients in fluent English Escalate or resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Contribute to improving documentation and internal knowledge base Salary
PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience) Internet reimbursement included Fully remote position with long-term growth potential Job Specification
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of IT support / helpdesk experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, email setups Experience with RDP, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools Fluent written and spoken English (must be comfortable with clients) Willingness to work night shift hours consistently High-speed internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps) — cost reimbursed monthly Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience with Azure or Google Workspace Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier) Knowledge of Zoho, Shopify, or ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
