Job descriptionProven experience in Software Quality Assurance with leadership responsibilities Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI / CD Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. At Emergen, we are seeking experienced Senior / Lead SQA Engineers to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting
- Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing
- Establish and improve QA metrics, processes, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineering to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers; conduct reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
