In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a fast-paced team and contribute as a key part of the QA team testing Motive ELD (Electronic Logging Device) and non-ELD integrated software features. This is a cross-functional role that partners with Product, Design, Customer Success, software engineering, and embedded systems development teams. What You'll Do

Create test plans, maintain documentation, and perform testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers. Plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases. Take full ownership of all QA artifacts and quality processes. Identify execution gaps and drive process improvements. Review ES and customer-facing issues for your org and aid in retrospective discussions with leads. Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and errors in web and mobile applications as well as ELD functions and outputs. Take ownership of end-to-end testing. What We're Looking For

4 - 8 years of experience in Software Testing with a solid grasp of automation testing tools and frameworks. Familiarity with testing map-based real-time systems. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM and Agile Testing Life Cycles). Ability to take ownership of manual testing tasks. Experience in both manual testing and automation (required). Ability to understand Software Design Specifications and create boundary value, positive, and negative test cases. Knowledge of REST APIs; UI Automation is a plus. Knowledge of issue tracking tools (JIRA preferred). Knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms; interest in programming languages and code reviews.
