Avalon Financial Group (AFG) is looking for a relentless, articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first voice of our solutions, targeting Independent Dental Practices and DSOs across the USA who are tired of constant issues with their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .

Your mission is simple : Identify financial pain and secure a high-quality discovery meeting for our Account Executives.
Your Day-to-Day Focus
- The Gatekeeper Navigator : Execute a high-volume, multi-channel (phone, email, LinkedIn) prospecting strategy. Your primary skill will be confidently and professionally converting the Front Desk / Receptionist into an advocate who connects you to the ultimate decision-maker (Office Manager, Billing Manager, or Owner).
- The Problem Detective : Engage Office Managers and Owners in strategic, high-level conversations to quickly uncover their most pressing financial issues. We need you to identify the specific pain points :
High Accounts Receivable (A / R) over 90 days.
Frustration with claim denials and appeals.Staff being overwhelmed by insurance verification.The Appointment Setter : Qualify leads and successfully "tee up" pre-qualified, high-intent meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff with comprehensive context on the prospect's needs.Pipeline Driver : Diligently manage, update, and track all prospecting activities and lead statuses in our CRM, maintaining a robust, organized sales pipeline.Why AFG?
