Are you a proactive digital expert with a knack for building positive brand images? We're hiring an Online Reputation Manager (ORM) to elevate our online presence and ensure our brand stands out! Responsibilities :

Create and manage Google My Business profiles to enhance our local visibility Develop and execute guest posting strategies to expand our digital footprint Monitor and address negative reviews across platforms, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement Boost our online reputation through strategic content and review management Post and manage reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, Yelp, Sitejabber, and others Track, analyze, and report on reputation management performance using analytics tools Collaborate with marketing teams to align ORM strategies with broader branding initiatives Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging ORM techniques Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field Strong knowledge of Google My Business, review sites, and guest posting Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly Experience with reputation monitoring and analytics tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
