Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer to join our team in Sialkot. The Business Development Officer will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, analyzing market trends, developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base, and driving revenue. This role also involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services and products.

• Expertise in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and strategic decision-making.
• Understanding of Finance principles to assess profitability and facilitate business deals.
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Customer Service abilities to address client needs and ensure satisfaction effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work well in a team environment.
