BBA / MBA in Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure accurate communication of specifications.
• Coordinate sample development, approvals, and follow-ups with Design and VTC teams.
• Oversee complete order processing—from confirmation to final delivery.
• Manage raw materials and accessories in coordination with the procurement team.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications, quality expectations, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively resolve issues, delays, or bottlenecks during order fulfillment.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and maintain transparent communication.
• Attend buyer meetings and support long-term business relationship development.
