Investment Strategy Associate - Gilmore Bridge

Job descriptionIdentify and track potential businesses to acquire. Build and manage relationships with brokers, bankers, and business owners. Build financial models to assess business performance. Conduct due diligence on businesses to evaluate fit and growth potential. Manage the deal pipeline and optimize sourcing processes. Support outreach, travel coordination, and reporting. Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or similar. Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and Excel. Experience using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Self-starter with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work US Eastern Time hours . Experience in search funds or acquisition processes. Background in workforce or education sectors. Ambitious, action-oriented, and curious. Eager to learn and grow professionally.
