Job Summary : We are looking for a
Customer Relations Officer
to manage client interactions, handle data entry tasks, make follow-up calls, and support revenue generation through excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure service satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Handle customer queries, appointments, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Support revenue generation by promoting clinic services.
Requirements : Bachelors degree
0-1 years of experience in customer service, sales,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and data entry tasks.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
