Ensure to have an appropriate and adequate assortment of items in terms of quantity, quality, and price change. Ensure that all shelves are properly arranged, filled, tidy, regularly cleaned, and properly labeled. Make sure that linear display reflects the sales figures. Schedule staff's working hours, delegate appropriate responsibilities, and monitor their appearance (uniform, badges, cleanliness, and attendance record). Ensure that the best purchasing terms are obtained from suppliers in terms of purchasing price, rebate, and terms of payment.
