Responsibilities

• KOL Management : Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders / Influencers / YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network
• Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and any necessary paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliates
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong relationships
• Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROI
• Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channel
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market
• Community Management : Actively engage with the South Asian community across various platforms (Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.) to foster an interactive environment and assist community members with their inquiries
• Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, such as meetups, events, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessions
• Gather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies
• Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment, using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deploy cross-functional community initiatives
