Lead Generation Specialist (Remote, Evening Shift, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Job descriptionResearch, identify, and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research. Pre-qualify prospects to ensure alignment with target markets and business objectives. Coordinate meetings and introductions between qualified leads and the sales or account management teams. Maintain accurate and organized CRM records, tracking all lead interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead nurturing and conversion strategies. Communicate confidently, professionally, and persuasively with potential clients across diverse regions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and online research platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
