About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Inbound Sales Representative
to join our night shift team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from our USA-based customers regarding telecom billing inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services and plans. Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally from customers with telecom billing questions or concerns. Assist customers in understanding their bills, resolving disputes, and processing payments or adjustments. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom products, services, or upgrades to maximize satisfaction and generate sales. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Document customer interactions accurately in the system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow company scripts, compliance policies, and quality standards. Maintain excellent product knowledge to handle customer queries effectively. Deliver exceptional customer service on every call. Requirements
Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or call center operations (preferably in telecom or billing). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (USA accent or neutral accent preferred). Ability to work night shifts aligning with USA time zones. Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality standards. Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM or billing software. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset. Shift Details
