Hands-on experience as a LinkedIn sales navigator with LinkedIn helper to generate leads Proficient in cold calling as well. Responsibilities : Prospect and qualify new sales leads. Meet or exceed targets. Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Skills : 3-4 years of sales experience Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and target driven sales Excellent interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of CRM systems Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Ability to meet goals, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude.
