We are now expanding our client-based operations and looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance or B2B platforms.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to bring new projects for web and app development.
Conduct cold calls and email outreach for our digital products and services.
Approach universities, institutes, and organizations for promoting our Learning Management System (LMS) and custom enterprise solutions.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project briefs to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand company reach.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to devise effective strategies.
Manage and update company profiles and portfolios on relevant freelance marketplaces.
Handle social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and coordinate with the marketing team.
Meta Ads Management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Contribute to weekly reports, sales goals, and growth strategies with management.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of proven experience in business development, digital marketing, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable projects.
Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or B2B portals.
Basic understanding of web and app development workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
