Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Sale Development Representative with exceptional English communication skills and prior experience in US-based support or sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably handling US clients. If you’re empathetic, solution‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound / outbound calls, chats, and emails from US-based customers.

Provide accurate information, assistance, and solutions to client inquiries.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by ensuring top‑notch service.

Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction and support quality.

Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve customer issues effectively.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Sale Development Representative, preferably in US campaigns (support, sales, or service).

Fluent English (spoken / written) with a neutral accent – must be comfortable engaging US clients.

Proven track record of achieving support KPIs or service targets.

Strong problem‑solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in night shifts (if required for US time zones).

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
