About the Role
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Beam, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI Agent platform. You’ll take full ownership of test strategy, automation development, and infrastructure integration, helping us ship fast while maintaining a high bar for product excellence. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to build scalable automation systems, lead performance and security testing, and continuously evolve our quality engineering practices.
