They are a rapidly growing sales productivity company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring every client interaction is seamless, helpful, and professional.

- Enrich contact data with verified email and phone numbers.
- Track sales performance with advanced reporting and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound customer inquiries via email and live chat.Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to questions regarding product features, functionality, and integrations with HubSpot and LinkedIn.Efficiently triage and escalate sales, training, or complex technical inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.Investigate and troubleshoot potential software bugs by gathering detailed information from users, replicating issues, and creating comprehensive reports for the development team.Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes by documenting recurring questions and enhancing the company’s knowledge base and FAQs.Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.Proficiency in spoken English for effective internal team collaboration.Proven experience with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.Demonstrated experience in a customer support role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment.A highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other sales automation tools.What We Offer
