Position : Staff and Teachers for the Main School

• Prime Interviewer : Conduct interviews and register enrollments of new children; liaise with their parents.
• Contributed to setting up the complete school environment.
• Selected and ordered resource materials for the school.
• Designed and compiled the curriculum for the entire system.
• Checked and audited all teacher plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Chaired staff meetings weekly and monthly.
• Conducted educational workshops for parents and the community.
• Defined standards and implemented measures to ensure performance and professional growth among staff.
• Established practices and procedures to promote harmonious relationships among staff, fostering team building and planning.
