Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR Associate to support the CEO’s communications and public relations initiatives. This role involves managing external visibility, coordinating content creation, and assisting with the CEO’s participation in media, events, and thought leadership opportunities. You’ll work closely with the PR Assistant to the CEO to ensure consistent messaging, timely content delivery, and effective brand representation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in planning and executing the CEO’s PR and communication strategy.
• Draft and edit articles, LinkedIn posts, press releases, and event remarks on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate with media outlets, event organizers, and internal teams for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements.
• Track and summarize media coverage, mentions, and industry trends relevant to the CEO’s profile.
• Help manage the CEO’s online presence, ensuring consistent tone, engagement, and visibility.
• Maintain a calendar of upcoming PR opportunities, media deadlines, and event timelines.
• Assist with research and content prep for interviews, panels, and press features.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing CEO communications activities and results.
