RAN Engineer

Permanent Position : RAN Engineer. XAD Technologies LLC is a leading technology company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Responsibilities

Design and implement RAN solutions for our clients, ensuring high quality and reliability Perform site surveys and analysis to determine the best placement for RAN equipment Configure and optimize RAN equipment to meet performance and capacity requirements Troubleshoot and resolve any RAN-related issues, including network outages and performance degradation Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the RAN infrastructure is up-to-date and functioning efficiently Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new RAN features and services Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RAN technology and make recommendations for improvements Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions accordingly Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in RAN engineering, preferably in the telecommunications industry Strong understanding of RAN technologies, including LTE, 5G, and small cells Experience with RAN equipment from major vendors, such as Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei Proficient in using network monitoring and diagnostic tools Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required Why Work for XAD Technologies LLC
