Job Description

• Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure stability.
• Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
• Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance.
• Utilise BO / BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
• Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality.
