• Conduct assessments of children's speech and language abilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and activities to facilitate speech and language development.
• Collaborate with parents to support children’s overall progress.
• Monitor and document each child's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and resources to families to support speech and language development at home.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
• Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
